We hope you love your new boutique outfit! If an item did not work for you, we'll send you a new size, style, or issue you a store credit if the item is in its original condition. We'll gladly accept for store credit or exchange any merchandise purchased that has not been washed, worn or altered and is accompanied by its original price tag and receipt/packing slip. Returns/Exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt. All returns will be issued in the form of store credit.

Please inspect package immediately. If an item is defective, please email [email protected] within 3 days and provide photo of the defect.
The following are not eligible for refund or exchange and will be denied:
- Earrings, necklaces, bracelets, hair accessories, bandeaus, camis
- Returns or exchanges postmarked after 10 days
- All Sale items
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
- Shipping is non-refundable
- Items purchased from store-front locations
- Wanelo Purchase are subject to EXCHANGE ONLY
LYLA’S, LLC reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this policy at any time without notice. Returns not in compliance with LYLA’S return policy will be subject to restocking fee or will be at buyer’s expense to ship back to buyer.
Your return must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving in order to be eligible.
