Cracker Smack - Smokey Bacon
Smoke, salt and bacon. We could stop the description right there, honestly. Cracker Smack Smokey Bacon is the flavor that vanishes fastest off a board, and we have watched it happen more than once.
No baking required — this is a shake-and-wait situation. Inside the gifty package you will find our unique spice blend plus a mixing bag. Add 1 1/4 cups of a lightly flavored oil and two boxes of Nabisco Mini Premiums, shake thoroughly, then rest the bag flat on your counter for six to eight hours. Move everything to an airtight container afterward and the crackers keep beautifully.
The finished crackers have a second life too. Crunch them over mac 'n cheese, or work them into meatballs and meatloaf where breadcrumbs would normally go.
A great gift for Father's Day or a tailgate host! It also makes a serious addition to any charcuterie board. Fair warning: bacon lovers tend not to share.
