POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Social Media Manager (20-35 Hours per week) Rockwall, TX

  • Day-to-day management across all social channels: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest
  • Work with owner to create marketing plans and excution via social media
  • Develop social content calendar for Social Media
  • Create and Assist in Event Planning
  • Create Plans to Grow Online
  • Identify opportunities to contribute to broader conversations on social, expand our audience, and introduce new people to Lyla's
  • Execute an overall strategy for each platform to reach/exceed given goals
  • Must be able to work 1-2 Weekends per month
  • Willingness to try new things
  • Professional attitude and customer focused mindset
  • Self-motivation and the ability to efficiently multitask
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Canva, Lightroom, Light Graphic Design
  • Ability to travel for photo shoots a plus

Assistant Manager (Part Time, potential for Full Time) Rockwall, TX & Plano, TX

  • Assist Owner in Day to Day operations of Store
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with their shopping needs
  • Lead a team of 8 to create exceptional customer service experience in store
  • Create Window and Store Displays
  • Create and Assist in Event Planning
  • Create Plans to Grow Local Boutique
  • Identify opportunities to contribute to broader conversations on social, expand our audience, and introduce new people to Lyla's
  • Execute an overall strategy for each platform to reach/exceed given goals
  • 20+ Hours per week
  • Must be able to work 1-2 Weekends per month

Weekend Team Member (Part Time) Rockwall, TX & Plano, TX

  • Weekend Only Position (2 weekends Saturday and Sunday per month, minimum)
  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Great problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Self-motivation and a positive attitude
  • Extreme attention to details and a passion for accuracy
  • Passion for continuous improvement in an ever-changing environment.
