A single row of 4mm brass beads, silver plated, on a stretch cord. Splendid Iris builds these in several bead diameters and 4mm sits at the quiet end of the range: it reads as a bright line around the wrist rather than as a row of visible beads.

Sold one bracelet at a time, which is how stacking is meant to work. You buy the widths you want in the metals you want, and you stop when the wrist looks right rather than when a boxed set runs out.

Stretch means no clasp, so it goes on one-handed and stays on through a workday without asking anything of you. It also means no sizing to get wrong, which is the usual reason a bracelet ends up in a drawer instead of on a wrist.
